Majestic, expansive views of Whippoorwill Bay and Isthmus Bay, White Bluff and Lions Head Escarpment.
PRIVATE BEACH with 150 foot frontage in front of the cottage.
Shoreline is flat limestone slab rock for easy water access.
Water at the shoreline is shallow and safe for children to play with supervision.
Water is caribbean blue and crystal clear. Excellent visibility for snorkeling and kayaking.
The cottage is on exclusive Isthmus Bay Road with unobstructed views
of the Niagara Escarpment.
Relax on the large deck and watch the sail boats.
Kids will love the huge property as they can run and roam freely.
The cottage is a ranch style with pine walls and ceilings, hardwood floors and pine kitchen.
Living room has a stone, wood burning FIREPLACE insert.
The cottage sleeps 6 with 2 queen bedrooms, 2 pullout sofas in living room and has 1 full bathroom.
Lots of room to be comfortable.
The living room quickly transforms into private sleeping quarters by closing the pleated door.
Cottage includes a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, TV & DVD, propane BBQ, backyard dining patio furniture , front deck furniture and umbrellas, beachfront furniture,
campfire area and parking for 3 vehicles.
We are unable to permit pets and smoking.
Linens and towels are not supplied.
Cleaning materials are supplied. The cottage must be left in a clean condition.

Amenities available in the town of Lions Head: restaurants, bank, grocery store,
pharmacy, LCBO, full service marina, playground and sand beach.
Medical, Fire dept and OPP located downtown.
Enjoy hiking the Bruce Trail which traverses Isthmus Bay Road,
north to Smokey Head and south to local Lions Head Provincial Nature Reserve.
Daytrip and explore the Bruce Peninsula National Park (including the swimming Grotto),
Cabot Head Provincial Nature Reserve (including Lighthouse), Singing Sands Beach at Dorcas Bay and Tobermory.
